Seeker Context allows you to navigate on behalf of a single person seeking services (Seeker) to save time by autofilling forms.
How it Works
Seeker Context refers to when a Helper is navigating on behalf of a specific Seeker. Helpers can initiate Seeker Context through a Launch integration, by completing an Assessment, or via buttons on the Seeker Profile.
Once initiated, a banner will show at the top with the Seeker’s information in the top banner.
Once in Seeker Context, you may only navigate on behalf of the Seeker. In fact, the People I’m Helping menu will be replaced with a link to the Seeker’s profile for whom you are navigating.
This is to prevent you from navigating for multiple Seekers while in Seeker Context.
When in Seeker Context, Connect forms will auto-fill with the Seeker’s contact information, and any other applicable information saved in the Seeker’s Personal Info panel on Seeker’s profile.
Filling out Assessments
When in Seeker Context, Assessments will auto-fill with the Seeker’s contact information, and any other applicable information saved in the Seeker’s Personal Info panel on Seeker’s profile.
Initiating and Ending Seeker Context
Seeker context is initiated in the following ways:
After submitting an Assessment, Helpers are automatically put into Seeker Context
Clicking the “Start a Form” button in the Seeker Profile
Clicking “See Search” in the Forms panel in the Seeker Profile
When launching into an integration using specifically configured buttons on the Customer’s care platform.
To end Seeker Context, click the “End Session” button in the Banner or on the Seeker Profile.
