Site Activity Summary

Overview

The Site Activity dashboard shows a site summary to support customers driving site adoption of their platform. Each graph corresponds with the adoption framework to inform your strategy as you implement and optimize your platform strategy. The dashboard shows a summary of adoption metrics, including users, sessions, searches, interactions, connections, referrals, and activities related to helper care management and program management. Using filters, customers can understand metrics in the context of a specific user group or in specific geographic areas.

Use this dashboard to:

  • Understand trends of users, sessions, searches, interactions, connections, referrals
  • See how adoption metrics break down across platforms and user groups 
  • See how adoption metrics within a certain geography have changed over time

In doing so, customers can use that data to understand community and staff adoption, inform your platform strategy and serve additional areas for people in need.

Best Practices

Access Analytics Definitions for each of the measures discussed in this section. 

For the best results, you'll want to use a combination of some or all of the following filters: Site, Group, State, Date Range, and Aggregation. 

User Summary

  • Understand general user trends for how many people are leveraging your platform over time and whether those users are anonymous or identified
  • See usage over time by using date range and aggregation filters
  • See usage by group

Search Summary

  • See searches over time by using date range and aggregation filters.
  • See the searches broken out by site

Interactions 

Interactions are a valuable metric for understanding the level of engagement users are taking to learn about a program while searching. 

  • See interactions over time by using date range and aggregation filters
  • See the interactions broken out by site

Connections 

Connections are a valuable metric for understanding how many people are trying to connect with services.

  • See connections over time by using date range and aggregation filters
  • See the connections broken out by site

Referrals 

  • See referrals over time by using date range and aggregation filters
  • See the referrals broken out by site

Helper Care Management Activity 

Helper care management activities include activities that indicate a helper is following up on a Seeker, such as viewing a seeker profile or submitting an assessment form. These activities indicate a higher-level engagement with the platform and can help to inform workflow and training for helper staff.

Program Management Activity 

Program management activities include activities that indicate a program staff worker is updating a program or taking actions to edit the program. These activities indicate a higher-level engagement with the platform and can help to inform outreach strategies and community education.
