Language Support is available on many Aunt Bertha tools and features so that anyone seeking services (Seekers) can easily find and connect to services that can help them! We are committed to reducing barriers so that anyone can find and connect to social services.

Our platform works in over 100 different languages via Google Translate! Once you have selected your language, you can search in that language.
For example, you could change the language to Spanish and type in "comida" and the platform will return food resources.
To change the language of the site from the homepage, click on the language button on the bottom left:
Or, from the search page, choose the language option from underneath the Keyword search.
In the filters bar, under "Program Filters," you may filter the programs in your search results to show programs that serve different languages.
You can share programs with friends and family via email, text message, or Facebook.
Messages can be sent in other languages, linking to already-translated pages once the recipient clicks the link. Near the bottom on the share form, click the language dropdown and choose a language.
When making a Referral or Connecting to a program you will fill out the Connect form with the contact information of the person needing services (Seeker), and your information if you're helping someone else. On the Connect form, there is a language dropdown to indicate the preferred language of the person needing services.
Once the referrals is submitted, the Program will see the preferred language on their Inbound Referrals Dashboard and the Seeker will receive the Referral Email Notifications in that language as well.
When a preferred language is selected, Referral Notifications will be sent to the Seeker in that language. This ensures that they have the right information to take the next steps to receive services from the program.
When Seekers or Helpers are filling out Screeners, they can fill them out in their native language.
Data Collection Forms
Forms can be translated for Claimers when they are being filled out.
Assessments can be translated. Additionally, Customers are able to provide their own native translations instead.
