Service Hours and Locations

Overview

People in need (Seekers) are learning how to connect with your program through this social care platform. While we do our best to research and keep this information up to date, we want to make sure that you have the tools to update your own program information as it changes.

The Edit Hours/Locations tool gives your organization the ability to ensure the service hours on your Program Listing are displaying up to date information for individuals in need, seeking your services.

You can add or edit the location name, which will appear under the “More info” section on the program card, and the address. You can also choose to make your address confidential in cases where the address should be hidden, like a safe house.

Add additional location information such as languages spoken at that location, the location’s email address, phone number, website or additional notes about that location.

Example: Let the Seeker know that classes are held in a specific room, or that the entrance is on another street.

You can also set locations to deactivate on a certain date if they are setting up temporary offices for events such as disaster relief, annual enrollment, etc.

 

How it Works

Claimers can edit their program information by logging into their account, clicking on “Program Tools” and selecting “Edit Program Listings”. Once on the page, you can edit your hours and locations by choosing “Edit Hours/Locations”.

Locations

To create new service locations, click “Add new Location”. To edit an existing location, the click “Edit” next to the location you would like to update.

Hours

Update the hours of your program by setting the days and times they are available, or making it open 24/7 if it’s a hotline, etc.

For the office you would like to make changes to, click the clue “Edit” button to the right of the location.

Under the “Service Hours” category you will be able to update the days and hours your service is provided

Save your changes by scrolling to the bottom of the page and click the “Save and go back” button.
